The Sexual Assault Victim Advocate (SAVA) Center places a high priority on protecting your privacy. SAVA advocates are completely confidential, meaning that your information cannot be disclosed without your express, written permission.

If you are interested in therapy services, it is important to know that mental health therapists are mandated reporters in the state of Colorado. Therapists are required to report disclosure or suspicion if someone under the age of 18 is being abused, an at-risk adult is being abused or if someone is going to harm themselves or others. In these instances, if a report has not been made, a therapist will be required to do so within 24 hours.
